Creative Wellness for the Creatives who keep us inspired.
Our world needs music more than ever—but the artists behind it are often left unseen, unsupported, and emotionally overwhelmed.
At Fermata Wellness Co., we’re here to change that.
why we're here
why we're here
Nashville’s Creatives Deserve Mental Health Support—Without Barriers
Nashville’s musicians, artists, and creative professionals carry the weight of emotional expression for all of us.
But behind the music are real people—often navigating anxiety, burnout, financial instability, and mental health challenges with little to no access to care.
At Fermata, we’re building a space where that changes.
We provide affordable and free music therapy services to creatives in Nashville through:
Group therapy and resilience circles
Low-cost wellness events and workshops
Artist support spaces focused on emotional well-being
Because mental health should never be a luxury—especially for those creating the art that helps the rest of us survive.
Creative Therapy That Goes Deeper Than Talk
We use evidence-based music therapy techniques—alongside CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)—to help creatives address:
Anxiety and depression
Substance use and recovery
Low self-esteem
Creative blocks and performance stress
Isolation and emotional fatigue
Identity and purpose exploration
Whether someone is burned out from touring, overwhelmed by the grind, or silently struggling with their worth—this is a safe space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
